That was funny, I saw that.

Then there is the stand up burial that Philip might choose for later.

A new trend is to freeze the bodies of deceased loved ones and then drop them into the ground using a precise GPS system.   The field is then planted with pasture and available for stock to graze.  The dead effectively become fertiliser and worm food for producing beef,  mutton and wool - forever contributing.  This could be the perfect rest for a work-a-holic and an environmentalist.  I am not meaning to be at all morbid.  Philip will be years off, he is so healthy.

The news that Andrew and Fergie might be stoking the home fires again has probably given the old rascal a new lease on life...he will fight to the last breath to prevent that mess!

The Duke of Edinburgh meets volunteers at the Dersingham Nature Reserve in Norfolk, 30 September 2013. The reserve is a site of special scientific interest and is home to many rare species of plant and insect.

Some people are afraid that if they stop then things will start to go wrong so they like to keep as active as possible.

Illness  looks to have taken their toll on Philip.
He's a very stoic man - life would not be worth living, to him I figure, if he couldn't keep on working.
   Congratulations to him and cheers to his continued good health.

It's hard to believe a guy who did the course in 1950 is at the reception now and meeting Philip, it's such a longevity.

Wow, look at those recent photos of Philip.  He looks awesome for someone 92 who just went through major surgery.  God bless him!
