Am I right in assuming that Willie and his mates just decided to go off together for a boys' stag weekend?  No one's celebrating an upcoming wedding, birthday, university graduation?  So the whole purpose of the trip was to get away from the old ball and chain, get drunk, and hang out with some available bar-hopping women.  An excellent example of responsibility and maturity.  And they say Harry's the wild one.

Will, pissed up to his eyeballs, dancing and partying with a bunch of models.  While his wife  is home with his babies and his 90 and 95 years old grandparents get themselves up and attend Commonwealth Day events.  And his co-workers who would like to be home with their babies cover his shifts. Okay, got it.

Is the bloom off the rose with the British public yet?
